Immerse yourself in the flavors of the Punjab region of India, this week at Sirena at Motto.

Known for its rich, buttery flavors, Punjabi cuisine is rich in both vegetarian and meat dishes– represented by Sirena at Motto in smoky eggplant baingan bharta, and chicken dhaniawalla curry in a fresh coriander sauce. The Punjab region is also home to Basmati rice, which is featured in this week’s tomato pillau.
