Makan’s Saturday brunch is a greatest hits list of Peruvian cuisine. Guest chef Nada Fattouh and her lovely assistant Shah bring their international culinary experience to Makan, with whitefish ceviche, new world ingredients like sweet potato and quinoa, and chicken and rice. Known as one of the world’s most important examples of fusion cuisine, due to its many multicultural influences in addition to traditional Incan techniques, it’s a rare treat to experience the cuisine of the Andes here on the Mediterranean.
