This Lebanese Doctor Is Raising Money To Help Doctors And Patients In Vietnam
Dr. Constantin El-Habr (known as Dr. Costi) is a Lebanese dermatologist specializing in both medical (skin cancer) and cosmetic (Botox and fillers) dermatology.
Dr. Costi graduated from the University of Balamand’s medical school and has since made a name for himself in the world of dermatology, spending part of his time at clinics in United States and the other part in Beirut.
Dr. Costi’s latest endeavor is working to raise money for the Hue Medical Center, a clinic in Vietnam, a clinic lacking the basic diagnostic materials and equipment that could potentially save many lives. Of the equipments on his list, most notable are the biopsy kits and medications that could diagnose cancers and treat diseases.
But Dr. Costi isn’t just going to throw a bunch of equipment at the dermatologists. He will be personally visiting the clinic to train dermatologist and dermatology residents so they can diagnose and treat patients more efficiently.
