Fusion Cult. is back to Makan with a festive Korean-inspired menu.
This week at Makan, Fusion Cult. is celebrating the flavors of Korean cuisine; a gluten-free menu meant to cut right through the season’s typically rich indulgences. A riff on miso soup with apple and pumpkin kicks off the menu, followed by a bulgur wheat and vegetable salad with a piquant Korean tamarind sauce, and grilled sweet potato with a galangal-infused tahini dressing. Bulgogi chicken with bok choy is the main event, served with fragrant jasmine rice alongside. Finish your meal with a mint liqueur-infused chocolate coconut square that will remind you it’s the holiday season.
