Celebrate 2016 with an old standby: Sri Lankan cuisine at Makan.

This weekend at Makan, join us in giving a nod to days gone by with the dinner that started it all: Sri Lankan cuisine. All-new dishes for the end-of-year holiday include juicy grilled chicken, marinated in Sri Lankan spices, as well as a Sri Lankan dosa– rice and lentil crepe with fenugreek. This weekend’s main course is a Goa-style beef vindaloo, and a vegetable curry with fresh tropical fruit.
