Entrepreneurial Mindset Workshop Demo Session with Christine Sfeir, CEO of Dunkin’ Donuts & Semsom Restaurant

Join this free demo session of the Cisco Entrepreneur Institute’s “Entrepreneurial Mindset” workshop. Christine Sfeir will be discussing a number of topics concerning what makes for a successful entrepreneur. Discussion includes: The characteristics of successful entrepreneurs; whether or not entrepreneurship can be taught; the right and wrong reasons for starting a business; and the importance of knowing yourself as well as your customers. Christine Sfeir will share her perspective on the risks and rewards of entrepreneurship and how to deal with challenges, failure, and success. Mrs. Sfeir launched Dunkin’ Donuts in Lebanon over a decade ago and continues to serve as CEO, managing all strategic and operational departments. In 2008, she introduced Semsom, a traditional Lebanese restaurant with a modern twist. Semsom has two outlets in Lebanon and will soon open in Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Mrs. Sfeir holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from AUB, a Master of Science degree in Food Science from McGill University, Montreal, and a Master degree in Marketing from ESA, Beirut. She is a board member of the Lebanese Franchise Association and an active member of the Lebanese League for Women in Business.
