In 1967, seven filmmakers and a large number of technicians unite, using their skills to protest against the war in Vietnam. They affirm their support for the Vietnamese people in their struggle against the American army, mobilizing public opinion by instigating a debate on this imperialist war. Chris Marker compiles eleven sequences demonstrating the political mobilization of French filmmakers.
