Kaakat’s concept is mainly based on serving the Lebanese traditional Kaake in different shapes, sizes and with different fillings to satisfy the clients’ different tastes.

For this purpose, Kaakat has used state-of-the art techniques and the skills and expertise of its owner in food industry. And in order for Kaakat to preserve its image built in Lebanon and abroad, and maintain its food consistency, it has set unified standards and criteria in addition to descriptions and operations process in accordance with global norms.

So this way, the restaurant’s clients can eat the same product with the same taste and quality in Kaakat’s different branches in any part of the world. Therefore, Kaakat has established an operational system to sell food products based on fast and good service.

And for the purpose of promoting this new concept, Kaakat has opened the first of its restaurants in Beirut and has fixed a schedule for opening a chain of its restaurants starting in the KSA and spreading to the Gulf area and the rest of the world.

Following the development of the kaakat original concept, they have expanded their products by launching the new mini kaakat, mini fingers and minilight sandwiches.

The new mini kaakat product range is based on the traditional Lebanese kaakat but in small soft sandwiches and delicious taste.
