Children’s Cancer Center Volunteer Orientation Workshop

The Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon (CCCL) is pleased to announce that its volunteer orientation workshop is now taking place.

As a volunteer at the CCCL, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children with cancer and in the lives of their families. The goals of a CCCL volunteer may include:

– Entertaining children at the CCCL and providing a personal and human touch to help them through their treatment.
– Tutoring and mentoring children to help them keep up with their education while undergoing treatment.
– Donating blood to help children in need.
– Assisting CCCL staff in the necessary clerical office work to keep the center running.

It is with your dedication, commitment and compassion that the CCCL hope to provide the children with the additional support they need to make it through their treatment.

Special Formula:– In order to be a CCCL volunteer you must attend the Volunteer Orientation Workshop and be 18 years or older.
– Registration will be open for one week after the workshop, from February 16, 2011 to February 23, 2011.
