The Monnot library opened to the public in July 2008. It is located in a culturally rich area of Monnot (next to the Monnot Theatre). Its collection has a special focus on the arts. The library offers a variety of reading and working spaces for the public: a children’s area, a newspapers and reading corner, internet access, reading tables, etc.
