When creating the Relais Foch, their chefs were inspired by the classic French Hors d'Oeuvres, Entrées and Main Courses, and prepared them with a subtle Mediterranean twist to be served in a typical Lebanese Mezze style. The menu is designed to cater to everyone's taste, offering in addition to the many entrées and main courses a selection of sandwiches and Tartines.
