The art of Shiatsu and Do-in are two true ancestral sciences straight from Japan. These two techniques are simple, effective and accessible to any member of the family, and are both used as prevention and health maintenance for everyone.

After the successful first initiation workshop in February 2011, Zenattitude is proud to present a second workshop that is more intensive and that has the specificity of being the first session of a five sessions series.
