AUB Annual Honey Day 2011

The Annual Honey Day of 2001 is aimed at raising awareness towards the ecological benefits of bees and beekeeping especially under the alarming Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD) and at preserving AUB’s greenery. It is also a fund raising activity to support FAFS Live Bee Lab and will include the customary free taste panels for honey, along with live extraction of honey from combs harvested on the same day from lab apiary. It is open to all the AUB community and visitors.
