Heliozid Océ was established in 1967 as a joint venture between the leading IT solutions company Océ N.V. of and Heliozid of Lebanon. Océ, a market leader in the European and American markets, needed a platform to reinforce its leadership in the Middle East and Heliozid came forward as an ideal partner.
