A hands-on Workshop for understanding the fundamentals of Job Evaluation, its importance in any organization, and the Grading systems applied.

This one full day training program is designed to provide context on the job evaluation methods applied internationally to different sizes of companies. The technical training on the Job Evaluation methods application will give the attendees an insight on how to apply it to their companies, hence resulting in solid grading systems. Attendees will be able to practice the Job evaluation exercise in the workshop, and take the tools needed to perform one afterward.
