Take your yoga practice on to the next level in two sessions back to back.
For the first session you will learn to become consciously aware of the way you breathe:
- How to expand capacity of your breathing.
- How & when we use breath retentions.
- Learn to exhale more completely & inhale deeper.
You will also learn:
- Three basic types of breathing, full yogic breathing.
- Three main pranayamas used in yoga classes.
- How to use breathing techniques to energize or relax.
This class is advised for everyone.
In the second session you will relax & review with Restorative Yoga.
