First Thursdays at Tawlet, June Edition

The June edition of the monthly First Thursdays dinner at Tawlet was part of a larger initiative to recognized the UNEP’s World Environment Day 2013.

Tawlet incorporated reduced food waste and a lower carbon footprint into the menu so guests could enjoy a delicious meal while raising money for FERN’s recycling and composting efforts.
