You Need To Check Out This Cool New Lebanese Movie
Director and filmmaker Philippe Aractingi (the man behind the movie Bosta) has wowed us with his newest film, Listen (Ismaii).
The unique Lebanese movie tells the tale of supermodel Rana (played by Ruba Zaarour) and sound-engineer Joud (Hadi Bou Ayash), an unlikely pair who fall in love.
After Rana has an accident and falls into a coma, Joud starts composing sound bites in a last-ditch attempt to reawaken his love.
The movie has several sex scenes that, although explicit, are tastefully done. It’s great to see a non-war, non-violence, great story in a Lebanese film.
