Fewer Accidents, Deaths, and Injuries Since Implementation of Traffic Law in Lebanon
Earlier this week, the Lebanese Internal Security Forces reported a significant decrease in deaths, car accidents, and accident-related injuries almost two years after the initial implementation of the new traffic law which overhauled the outdated one preceding it.
The ISF released this information on their Facebook Page, citing it as a huge success for the law and civilian safety.
The numbers show a 2,164 count decrease in accidents, 289 fewer people killed, and 2,717 fewer people injured than the two years prior.
