3. Al Mandaloun Sur Mer

Al Manaloun Sur Mer serves French oysters at the heart of Beirut. They’re as fresh as they come, which means they aren’t served everyday, so be sure to call in advance to make sure that day is your lucky day. Served in an upmarket setting by the sea, this is the perfect setting for a romantic dinner date for two, or, an evening gossip with friends.
