What’s in a name?
A food-truck turned restaurant in Los Angeles, California has made its way to Beirut.
Eggslut, the newest addition to the food scene in Beirut is known for their egg-centric dishes, namely the signature dish, ‘The Slut’ – lightly cooked eggs on a bed of pureed potatoes.
It was voted one of the top 10 new restaurants by Bon Apetit in 2014, and offers fresh quality ingredients cooked to order.
