Most Beautiful Seaside Walks And Views In Lebanon That Won’t Cost You A Thing
The weather’s looking up and we’re starting to look forward to one of the best things about the spring season. Here’s what we think are the most beautiful seaside views in Lebanon, where you can either take a walk or park and enjoy the tranquillity from the comfort of your car.
Naqoura
A personal favorite of mine, this view is honestly unbeatable. Take the road that leads to that little house on the top right of the picture, there’s an exit right before it where you can park your car, and enjoy the unbelievable view.
Sour
One of the most beautiful seaside towns in the South, this vibrant city’s perks do not only include great restaurants and hotels. Take a walk on the port and enjoy what Lebanon has to offer.
Batroun
We don’t need to speak much of this Northern coastal town that’s everyone’s favorite summer destination. Round up your friends and go on this road-trip to take in this breathtaking view.
Chekka
Unrealistic you say? The picture doesn’t do it justice, we say! Our favorite coastal car rides are the ones on the Chekka seaside road.
Mina, Tripoli
This is probably one of the most underrated views in Lebanon. The corniche in seaside Mina is so serene and stunning on early Sunday mornings, and if you get there on time you’ll catch the early-rising fisherman.
Zaytouna Bay, Beirut
This is our go-to seaside walk if we’re feeling down. It’s close to us, accessible, and boasts of this gorgeous view that we can’t seem to get bored of.
Waterfront Beirut
This is one of the few spots in Beirut that isn’t too loud. After you cross Zaytouna Bay, walk further to the Waterfront area, and you’ll discover that our capital city has quite a few hidden gems nestled by the sea.
Ain Mraisse Beirut
Although it sometimes can be a bit crowded and noisy, a walk on the Manara-Ain Mraisse corniche is always a good idea.
