#FightWithMichele: Twitter Campaign to Fund Michele’s Cancer Treatment Kicks Off
Meet Michele Hajal, you might recognize her from Miss Lebanon 2016, where she had previously been a contestant.
A beautiful face and a more beautiful spirit, Michele was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, shortly after her engagement, at 24 years old. Rather than succumb to the illness, Michele has been radiating strength and positivity while she documents her journey on her social media platforms.
After several failed attempts of chemotherapy in Lebanon, Michele will be receiving a new curative treatment (CAR-T Cell) in the US.
However, she needs your help.
A campaign to help fund Michele’s treatment abroad has taken off on social media, with people spreading the word in hopes of riveting donations.
So far, she has raised some money with the donations of many, yet she still has a long way to go.
Michele is counting on you, on us. Any amount can help.
