After giving himself and his government a 72-hour window to find solutions for what he called “reformatory changes”, Hariri broke his silence yesterday noon. (I would just like to point out that he spoke BEFORE the 72 hours were over, meaning we didn’t get the chance to have a countdown – because they love to ruin everything).
