Rumors Of Aishti Closing Every Branch Except Seaside
Lebanon’s leading high-end clothing retailer Aishti is rumored to be closing all their branches except for the most recent Aishti by the Sea.
This comes after many allegations of the mass dismissals of employees from the flagship store in Downtown Beirut, as well as the closure of many of Aishti group’s monobrand stores like Chloe, Marc Jacobs, The Kooples, and others.
The brand magazine Aishti Magazine also announced this weekend that they would cease publication, alluding to more downsizing.
Established in 1989, Aishti operates out of their flagship store in Downtown Beirut and boutiques in ABC Achrafieh, Dunes, Faqra, Phoenicia Hotel, as well as Aïshti by the Sea in Antelias.
