Central Bank To Flood Big Exchange Shops With Dollar To Lower Exchange Rates
In an attempt to make everything way worse alleviate the rising USD to Lebanese Lira rates, word has it that the Central Bank will be flooding cash US Dollars to large exchange shops in order to gain control over the rising rate which reached 3,150 LL earlier today.
This would be like if you went to the ER with a broken leg and they slapped a band-aid on it. No wait, that’s more useful because the band-aid won’t make your leg become gangrenous like this placebo that is likely to create a ripple effect of more demand and availability of USD in an already unstable and unregulated market.
