Lebanese Currency Exchange Shops Closed Until Monday

Following the continuous devaluation of the Lebanese Lira in the black market, local currency exchange shops have announced that they will be closing down until Monday.

According to local sources, exchange shops are protesting the reckless economy and insane exchange rates, after the Lebanese lira reached a staggering high to the US dollar in the black market earlier today.

Several protestors gathered in front of BDL tonight, chanting against the current situation and breaking the curfew.
