Athyr: Lebanon’s Locally-Made Single Malt Whisky

It is always a pleasure to support locally-made products, and it’s an even greater pleasure to present you with an alcoholic beverage that is the first of its kind in Lebanon.

Made by Riachi Winery & Distillery, Athyr Whisky is Lebanon’s first locally-produced single malt whisky. Athyr is brought to life from the spring water of “Ain Smaydieh” in the Lebanese village of Khenchara. The toasted Lebanese oak harvested from the village itself houses Athyr to conceive its unique flavor and contribute to its elaborate character.

Their distillery is open to visitors who want to give their products a taste! You can book an appointment via their website. You can also order a bottle for yourself online.
