15 Things You’ll Find In Every Lebanese Mom’s Purse

We can’t deny the fact that every Lebanese mother’s purse is like Mary Poppins’.

Here are 15 things you’ll find in every Lebanese mom’s purse.

1. A crumpled up old pile of Kleenex.

And she says, “they’re still clean!”

2. A compact mirror

Did anyone else’s mom try to look at that tiny ass mirror while driving? AND do her eyebrows?

3. Random blood test results

Why you holding on to those?

4. First aid kit

She fits the entire pharmacy in her purse and NEVER runs out of Fucidin.

5. Little packets of salt, sugar, toothpicks, and sanitizer

You know, the type she grabbed from the last restaurant.

6. Perfume

Those tiny bottles she probably never uses, but at least the inside of her purse smells like heaven.

7.Snacks

Candies, chocolates, bonbons – you name it (not sure if it’s safe to eat, we never know how long they’ve been there).

8. A pen

A very heavy one that barely works anymore.

9. Receipts, receipts, and more receipts.

It’s basically an archive. For what, we don’t know.

10. Broken makeup palettes

That haven’t been touched since 2006.

11. Nescafe 3-in-1 packets

Moms cannot function without 4 mugs of Nescafe on the daily. How else will they find the energy to yell at us?

12. Sanitizer

She’s got all the kinds: the handgel, the scented sanitizer, and the one that burns your throat cos it’s just THAT strong.

13. Creams

Varying from flower scents, to 3oud, to fruity ones. The best.

14. A hand-held fan

There’s ALWAYS a backstory about these babies: “hay sarla ma3e min el 1990”.

15. A massive pile of keys

House keys, malja2 keys, roof keys, safety box keys, and random keys that don’t fit any locks.
