Mikati Reportedly Says “Skot Wla” To Minister Of Energy

According to VDL News a heated discussion between Prime Minister Najib Mikati and the Minister of Energy Walid Fayyad took place during today’s cabinet session.

As the ministers were discussing the “electricity plan” (or lack thereof), Mikati reportedly urged Fayyad to find a solution to the country’s failing energy sector in order to secure World Bank funds. This apparently agitated Fayyad who felt compelled to defend his plan for the sector, and as tensions rose, Mikati hit him with a SKOT WLA.
