1. Kick-start your morning by visiting Hallab 1881 Also known as Qasr el-Helou, the one in Tripoli is the first (and most beloved) branch!

2. Drive up to the Old Souks for an experience of a lifetime Crowded, old, and soulful to say the least, it also houses the two well-known Khans: Khan el-Khayateen, and Khan es-Saboun. You’ll find a ton of adorable gifts and souvenirs!

3. Visit Qala’at Sinjil, the citadel on Tripoli’s hilltop This historical landmark is known for its beautiful architecture and impressing entrance with its three gateways (one Ottoman, one Mamlouk, one Crusader).
4. Don’t forget to pass by the abandoned train station
