Karam Chicken Runs…Interesting V-Day Ad

Remember when the frozen yogurt shop Yeh! Yoghurt shared a Valentine’s Day ad captioned, “ma tetfeja2e iza akhadik yta3mike “Yeh” 3a valentine”? Well, they’ve clearly inspired others to create more…brilliant material.

Sadly, Lebanon’s brain-drain has not robbed us of these innovative ad creators because Aley restaurant and snack Karam Chicken Lab has really given us a huge #throwback on this Valentine’s Day. In honor of Cupid’s day, the chicken shop shared a picture of a woman taking a bite of a sandwich with the caption: “3abele wa7ad kbeer…” or “I feel like a big one”.

A true lesson in how sometimes the best marketing strategy is no strategy at all.

And since we all love to dip our chicken in sexism sauce and have a dash of witch hunt salad alongside it, we thought we’d share. What year is this?

The funniest part about the whole ordeal is that they did not fail to mention that their food is #halal in the caption above the woman seductively approaching a chicken sandwich.
