3 New(ish) Art Galleries To Check Out In Beirut

On the hunt for a new piece of art? Or maybe you just enjoy perusing the local art and gallery scene in Beirut! No matter what you’re looking for, here are three new(ish) art galleries in town.


1. Revive Art Hub, Gemmayze


Run by Mirna Mchantaf, this space is dedicated to up-cycling everyday objects into art you can adorn your spaces with. With a special focus on surrealist and abstract art, you can expect a range of murals, sculptures, paintings, and even tables. Walk in to explore and leave with a piece of art for your home.


Opening hours: Monday – Friday from 10 AM – 5 PM


2. Chaos Art Gallery, Sursock


Founded by art collector Charbel Lahoud, this contemporary art space exhibits pieces by both local and international artists. Abstract paintings, sculptures, and incredible mixed media pieces are just some of what you can find at this all-encompassing space.


Opening hours: Daily from 11 AM – 8 PM


3. Art District Gallery & Studio


Maher Attar’s Art District is a dream come true for photography lovers in Beirut. Photographers and collectors will love this gallery’s exhibitions and enjoy perusing their collection of books from all around the world.


Opening hours: Tuesday – Saturday from 10 AM – 6 PM
