Baked In Beirut is an adorable bakery in the heart of Gemmayze, and they recently made an interesting addition to their menu: a burger manouche.
We’re sure that finding someone who doesn’t like manakish or burgers is nearly impossible (if you’re one of the people who doesn’t like one or the two, click off the website), so maybe enjoying them as one conjoined dish isn’t too outlandish. It’s basically a burger baajin.
Not sure if we’re meant to enjoy this burger manouche crossover as a breakfast or lunch treat.
Honestly, it looks good enough to try! But even if this might be too adventurous for your taste, the bakery offers a lot of other delicious bites for you to enjoy, with many specialties we think you should try.
Their menu features a selection of specialty manakish, many of which offer authentic Armenian flavors. Try their Armenian lahm baajin or the ‘Travel to Armenia’ manouche, if you can handle the spice.
But if you’re looking for something hearty, then their Shakshouka looks absolutely delicious.
Let us know what you think about their burger manouche. If you want to stay updated on any new food creations in Lebanon, then make sure you check out the #Foodies section on our website.
