Foodie Find: Sushi Burgers and Pizza at this Spot in Lebanon

The new combo that humanity needs (in my opinion). Lebanese people are the masters of wild food combos, so who said you can’t enjoy sushi burgers and pizza?

Ai Sushi Bar remembered everyone has free will, so they decided to combine all of our favorite comfort foods. If you can’t imagine sushi in the form of pizza and burgers, let me help you out. Just take a look at this masterpiece:

Their sushi burger is made with rice, layers of cream cheese, crazy crab, salmon, shrimps, slices of avocado. It’s then tightly wrapped with Nori before it’s deep fried and served with teriyaki and triple wave sauce.

As for the sushi pizza, they use Nori sushi rolls to form the crust and top it off with salmon cubes, cream cheese, tobiko, avocado, with a drizzle of teriyaki and triple wave sauce.

They ate and left no crumbs. Actually, I’m going to devour it and leave no crumbs. Does sushi even leave crumbs? Whatever.

The Japanese sushi bar actually has an entire section on their menu dedicated to these kinds of food combos. Apart from their burgers and pizzas, they also roll up sushi burritos and hotdogs.
