Zoughaib Caught in TikTok Drama Over Mother’s Day Billboard

In case you haven’t caught up with the TikTok drama surrounding the new Zoughaib & Co Mother’s Day billboard, we’re here to break it down for you.

Zoughaib & Co’s recent Mother’s Day campaign displayed a series of billboards across Lebanon, featuring a woman and her two daughters to promote the exclusive Oummi x Ruban collection.

Marketer Vana Agopian, who has a series on her TikTok account where she rates Lebanese billboards, recently pointed out that their team could have chosen a photo where the two girls were smiling, writing that they “had one job”.

It seems like Christel Zoughaib, one of the brand’s co-owners and designer, found Vana’s comments unacceptable. In a now-deleted video, Zoughaib questions how Agopian is even qualified to criticize the billboard.

Zoughaib received a lot of backlash for her lack of professionalism and inability to handle criticism gracefully. Many pointed out that she took offense to constructive feedback from a marketing professional instead of using it to improve.
