Totori: Beirut’s Newest Ghibli-Inspired Restaurant

Whether you’re a hardcore Studio Ghibli fan or you just really love Asian food, here’s a new spot for you to try this week. Totori is the newest Ghibli-inspired spot in Beirut, and it’s bringing cozy vibes, Japanese comfort food, and playful design touches straight out of a Miyazaki film.

Named after the iconic Miyazaki film My Neighbor Totoro (1988), this colorful gem is filled with nods to Studio Ghibli classics. You’ll find a bunch of posters on their walls from some of the studio’s most popular films.

What’s on the Menu?

Totori’s menu is packed with Asian street food favorites—from crispy vegetarian spring rolls to spicy Thai curries and bulgogi rice bowls.

You’ll find comforting noodle dishes, like sesame bowls and tamari noodles, alongside generously portioned combos featuring Korean wings or dynamite chicken strips with fries and salad.

For something handheld, try one of their Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwiches—available in chicken, beef, or veggie versions.

How Much Will It Cost?

Prices range from 160,000 LL for sides to 950,000 LL for main dishes. This makes it a casual spot that’s easy on the wallet.

If you and your friends are looking for a yummy bite without breaking the bank, then this is a great spot to keep in mind for your next outing.

You can either pass by their location in Clemenceau, or make your order via the Toters app. Make sure to follow them on Instagram for more!
