Pincette: Beirut’s Chic New Lobster Bar

Pincette has landed in the vibrant streets of Achrafieh, bringing a fresh French twist to Beirut’s dining scene. This new lobster bar offers a chic, lobster-focused experience right in the heart of Beirut.

Offering an elevated take on the East Coast lobster shacks of Canada, Pincette combines Parisian finesse with bold flavors.

What To Expect From the Menu (and Prices)

Obviously, the star items on their seafood-forward menu include lobster in every delicious form. Like the Homard au Beurre Blanc ($58), a full lobster served with lemon butter sauce and a side salad.

They also serve Lobster Roll ($34), made with chilled lobster meat tossed in light lemon butter sauce, packed into a brioche bun, and served with fries.

For pasta lovers, their Linguini Homard ($33) is a specialty, made with fresh linguine with lobster, cherry tomatoes, and a rich bisque-white wine sauce.

If you’re looking to splurge on a delicious seafood meal, then this is the place to do it. And make sure to leave room for dessert! Their Basque cheesecake is the perfect way to wrap up your evening.

Perfect For…

Pincette’s atmosphere mirrors its menu: elegant, refined, and a little indulgent. The dim lighting, warm tones, and sleek interiors set the tone for a memorable dining experience—ideal for date nights, special occasions, or quiet upscale lunches.

A curated selection of wines and classic cocktails rounds out the experience, perfectly paired with the seafood-driven menu.
