Gemmayze’s beloved bistro Le Trottoir de Paloma is expanding its charm beyond the sidewalk—this time with sun and spritz in hand. Paloma is teasing a new restaurant and pool bar in the heart of Beirut!
Le Soleil De Paloma promises to be the ultimate escape from the city (without leaving the city), where you can catch some vitamin D and enjoy cocktails by the pool.
While their Instagram hasn’t revealed much yet, we’re expecting signature Paloma vibes. This includes laid-back vibes, summer cocktails, and the standout bites their Gemmayze kitchen is known for.
If the new pool bar follows the same recipe, Beirut’s about to get a fresh summer hangout.
As Beirut’s summer scene picks up, the addition of a pool bar in the city feels perfectly timed. With beach clubs filling up and rooftop season in full swing, this could become the city’s next warm-weather favorite.
