Tawlet, the beloved restaurant that joined us in Mar Mikhael, Ammiq, Deir El Qamar, Baaqline, and Douma, now has a new home in the heart of the Bekaa. This time, the journey continues with Tawlet Tourelles, nestled within the historic Domaine des Tourelles winery.
The opening is on Sunday, September 7, from 11 AM. Celebrate harvest season in the heart of Bekaa, with authentic flavors and a table full of abundance.
Picture yourself in the winery’s garden, dating back to 1868, with the breeze swaying through the vines and sweeping views of the Bekaa Valley. On the table, you’ll find the most delicious homemade dishes, prepared by the region’s finest cooks, each recipe carrying the stories and traditions of Bekaa’s rich cuisine.
Tawlet Souk El Tayeb is famous for homemade dishes and heritage recipes that capture the spirit of Lebanese villages. Each dish is made with care by chefs from across the country. They bring their passion and creativity to every recipe. Now, with Domaine des Tourelles, the experience becomes even more special.
You can watch every step of the cooking process in the open kitchen. Guests taste dishes straight from the pot. You can also talk to the chefs and learn their secrets and traditional recipes.
