11 Things to Do in Beirut If You’re Single on Singles’ Day

In case you didn’t know, November 11 (11/11) is Singles’ Day. We’re not trying to rub salt in the wound, but here are 11 things to do in Beirut if you’re single AF today.

At least you have a day to celebrate your singlehood, right? 🥲

1. Go for open tacos and margaritas with your friends at Luca’s in Badaro

Since Singles’ Day is on a Tuesday, might as well enjoy Taco Tuesdays at Luca’s. For $22 per person, you can enjoy open tacos and margaritas.

2. Take your dog out on a date to House of Kalee in Mar Mikhael

Don’t text your ex back. You can take your dog out for lunch to House of Kalee in Mar Mikhael, and even if you don’t have a dog, you can pass by to give out belly rubs and enjoy a slice of human-safe cake.

3. Head to Zii Flower Bar in Gemmayze to treat yourself to a bouquet (and a drink)

You can definitely buy yourself flowers and enjoy a drink at this charming gem in Gemmayze. Please, no one play that Miley Cyrus song.

4. Or treat yourself to discounted skincare products from Skin Society instead

The good thing about being single is that you’re not spending your money on a partner. You can spend it on yourself instead.

5. Get crafty at CreativeNass or paint your own ceramic mug at Ceramic KANVAS

Art therapy is great if you’re still itching to text your ex. You’re bound to meet fellow art lovers at these Beirut spots, and they can help keep you distracted.

6. Browse for self-help books with relationship advice at Halabi Bookshop in Kaskas (sorry)

This is one of the coziest gems in the city, and it’s every bookworm’s slice of heaven. You can browse for your new read, but make sure to check out the self-help section…especially if you have questionable taste in partners.

7. Play board games at Multiverse in Hamra like how you ex played games with you

There are so many fun things for you to do at Multiverse, including shopping cool merch and comics. Even if you don’t have anyone to play board games with, it’s a fun place to hang out and meet new people.

8. Emotionally eat delicious froyo from Fro-U in Beirut Souks

Fro-U offers a self-serve bar featuring authentic Greek yogurt with plenty of toppings, from fresh fruit to sweet treats. You can go all out on toppings to make it worth it.

9. Try to meet someone new at Molo in Badaro

It’s not Singles’ Day if you’re not bonding with other singles. Make some new friends over a few refreshing drinks at Molo. If all goes well, maybe you won’t leave alone.

10. Stay distracted with the DIVAS Exhibition happening at the Sursock Museum

Celebrate the Arab region’s icons with the DIVAS exhibition happening at the Sursock Museum until January 2026. This is your chance to be mysterious by posting aesthetic stories at the exhibition. Make sure it looks like you’re there with someone.

11. Tick a new spot off your bucket list! Visit Kenshō in Mar Mikhael

Inner peace, delicious Japanese platters, and an art-filled space is a great way to spend your day. Read all about Kenshō here.
