UAE to Open E-Visa Center in Beirut, Here Are the Details
The UAE is opening its first full-service Electronic Visa Issuance Center in Beirut within weeks in order to streamline and simplify the visa application process in Lebanon.
According to Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Director-General of the UAE’s Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Ports Security, applicants will now be able to complete all visa procedures without using intermediaries.
The center will offer a full range of services, including visit, study, medical, and work visas, as well as verification of official documents such as passports, medical certificates, and certificates of good conduct.
Work visa applicants will also undergo biometric procedures, including fingerprinting, iris scans, facial recognition, and personal interviews, all integrated into the UAE’s electronic visa platform.
