“Camion El Hobb”: A Truck Delivering Basic Necessities to Displaced Families

To reach as many people in need as possible, content creator Hasan Raad launched Camion El Hobb, or the Love Truck, a mobile lifeline supporting the displaced.

What started as a personal effort grew through individual contributions and donations. The truck now goes around distributing basic necessities to the displaced, including food, medicine, pillows, blankets, and more.

The purpose behind this initiative is to not only ease the hardships that come with displacement, but also spread love during such difficult times.

Every day, the truck makes different deliveries. One day, it’s distributing fresh fruits and vegetables, and the next, it turns into a mobile pharmacy with a pharmacist onboard, ready to assist those in need.

On Eid El Fitr, the truck delivered toys to displaced children. On Mother’s Day, it handed out gifts to displaced mothers. Beyond holidays, the truck continues its daily rounds, bringing essential to families.
