Batroun Is Turning Into a Giant World Cup Destination This Summer
Starting June 11, Batroun will host Batroun Foot City 2026, a 39-day World Cup experience bringing match screenings, entertainment, food, and activities to the beloved coastal city.
Batroun turns into a World Cup City
The event will screen FIFA World Cup 2026 matches on what organizers describe as one of the largest event screens in Lebanon, measuring 250 square meters and set up in Batrouniyat.
Not only will you get the chance to experience a stadium-like atmosphere, but you can also enjoy food kiosks, interactive games, competitions, giveaways, and entertainment throughout the tournament.
Opening Day Schedule on June 11, 2026:
7:30 PM – Guest reception
8:00 PM – Batroun Foot City 2026 opening ceremony
8:30 PM – FIFA World Cup 2026 opening ceremony screening
10:00 PM – Opening match screening (Mexico vs. South Africa)
Ticket prices
Ticket prices range between $5 and $15 depending on the match and seating category. You can also buy a season pass for $120, which grants access to all matches.
