Oakenfest is returning to the oak forest of Lehfed on July 25 and 26 for its 10th edition, bringing together live music, camping, food, and community for a 24-hour gathering surrounded by nature.
First launched in 2013, Oakenfest has grown into one of Lebanon’s most beloved independent music gatherings. Rather than focusing on large crowds, the festival has always centered on music and shared experiences.
This year’s lineup features Afram, Alain Abi, Al Tase3, Christina Kairouz, HADI, Jana Saleh, Lynn Adib, Masud, and Postcards, with performances designed to complement the natural setting rather than overpower it.
Beyond the music, Oakenfest offers a full weekend of activities. On Saturday, Street Studio returns for its second edition, inviting musicians and festival-goers to create music together in an open-air collaborative session led by Samah Boulmona.
Sunday begins with Sunday Flow with Mira, an all-level movement and breathwork session in the forest. Guests can then gather around the Village Table, a Lebanese-style communal brunch inspired by the spirit of a traditional day3a table.
The morning also includes a contemporary Zajal gathering, reimagining one of Lebanon’s oldest oral traditions through a modern lens.
The Sunday food experience will feature Nation Station, with all proceeds supporting displaced people, alongside Oaken’s community kitchen prepared with cooks from Lehfed.

Selected moments from the festival will also be streamed by Radio Alhara. Festival merchandise will be available through Oakenstore, helping support Oakenhouse, the organization’s year-round space for concerts, listening sessions, and community gatherings.
As always, Oakenfest continues to place care for the forest at the heart of the experience, with free drinking water available on-site and a waste management plan developed alongside Cedar Environmental.
Celebrating its 10th edition this year, Oakenfest remains a gathering rooted in independent music, community, and the simple joy of spending time together outdoors.
