One of our favorite things to do is attend festivals happening in Lebanese day3as. Not only will you get the chance to discover our stunning villages, but you’ll also get to enjoy local food, music, traditions, and that special day3a vibe you just can’t recreate anywhere else.
From August 22 to September 6, the Chnaniir Festival 2026 returns for its second edition with 10 days of events, activities, and celebrations. Here’s what to expect from this upcoming festival!
This year’s program brings together adventure, sports, nature, music, faith, heritage, and everything that makes day3a life special. The festival was created to celebrate the spirit of Chnaniir and bring locals and visitors together through new experiences.
Under the theme “Meshwar,” each day offers something different, from hiking trails and outdoor adventures to races, kids’ activities, concerts, comedy shows, and traditional celebrations. The festival will wrap up with a full village day featuring food, music, zajal, games, and local traditions.
The festival kicks off with the HIGHLANDER Chnaniir Edition, a 17-kilometer hike through the heart of Chnaniir. The trail combines hiking and nature with views of the town’s landscapes and historical landmarks. It’s open to those coming solo, with friends, or with family.
