Buco Burger Bar: The beloved Saifi spot plans to bring its elevated burgers and must-try cocktails to Dbayeh’s waterfront, giving you another excuse to head there for a casual lunch or late-night drink.

AZMI: A familiar name for good food and laid-back nights, AZMI is bringing its Lebanese and international menu to On The Promenade.

Maryool: Another Saifi go-to coming to Dbayeh, this Lebanese eatery doesn’t disappoint when it comes to contemporary takes on traditional homemade recipes.

Joe & The Juice: The Copenhagen-born café known for its fresh juices, specialty coffee, sandwiches, salads, and protein shakes. It already has multiple locations around Lebanon, and it’s now welcoming a new one in Dbayeh.

Signature by Spinneys: Gourmet grocery shopping with food stations and international dining options, bringing the supermarket concept into a more social experience.

Meat the Fish: Bringing its signature MediterrAsian concept to On The Promenade, pairing a premium butcher and seafood market with a restaurant serving fresh, seasonal dishes.

Dermapro: If you’re looking for a one-stop spot for beauty and wellness, Dermapro covers everything from aesthetic treatments and skincare to medical and anti-aging services.

Namat Beirut x The Slow: A space created for slowing down, moving, and feeling good.

Salon Eddie: A familiar name for hair and beauty, Salon Eddie is opening with personalized salon services.

Fitness Zone: Fitness Zone’s upcoming Promenade club will be its most premium yet. Expect 1,500 sqm of state-of-the-art equipment, workout studios, body assessment technology, and fitness classes.

Studio Flex: For anyone who’s constantly saying they need to stretch more. Studio Flex focuses on assisted stretching and preventative physiotherapy to keep you moving comfortably.
