Cable car rides are usually about the views, but now, there’s a new reason to linger.
TeleCafe just opened right at Teleferique du Liban, so you can grab a coffee before heading up to Harissa or stop for a drink on your way back. Even their logo is a little nod to where it is, combining the iconic cable car with a coffee cup.
If you haven’t been on a ride in a while, it takes around nine minutes to get from Jounieh up to Harissa, with stunning views of Jounieh coast. Once you’re up there, you can visit the Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon, take a few photos, and soak in the views from above.
Coffee lovers will find a wide selection of things to sip on. That includes Lebanese coffee for the traditionalists or iced Spanish Lattes for those who likes their drinks extra sweet.
And if you’ve already had your caffeine fix for the day, you can enjoy one of their smoothies or milkshakes instead.
For people with a sweet tooth and a love for fresh bakes, they’ve got a few delicious bites to pair with your coffee order.

So, next time you’re heading to the Teleferique, you might want to leave a little time for coffee.
