All these simple exercises you can easily incorporate in your daily self practice.

Second session ‘Breath Work Session’ where you will become consciously aware of the way you breathe:
You will learn:
*How to expand capacity of your breathing
*How & when we use breath retentions
*Learn to exhale more completely & inhale deeper
*Some Yogic Breathing techniques (Ujjay, Kapalbhati & Anuloma-Viloma (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
*Using Breath Techniques to relieve Stress
Followed by deeply relaxing & soft Restorative Yoga session to Relax, Renew & Replenish your energy in the end of the week.
