Metropolis in partnership with the Institut Français du Liban has the great pleasure to present its first retrospective of the year : “Juste le temps de vivre : huit précurseurs de la Nouvelle Vague” , a retrospective dedicated to French cinema of the sixties.

Special Formula:The program includes major classics of the French cinema from the sixties (François Truffaut, Jacques Demy, Jean-Luc Godard). The public will also have the occasion to discover the first works of most acclaimed contemporary French directors such as Claude Chabrol, Jacques Rivette, Agnès Varda and Alain Resnais.
